I think a reasonable target for England is to wrap up the Aussie innings in a session - about two hours.

Hopefully, we can get that in the next two days, even if it involves a lot of traipsing on and off the field.

The signs that the the pitch was deteriorating where there before Roots dismissal (that kept low with a puff of dust). Bairstow bullied the opposition despite the pitch unpredictability. England then worked exceptionally well to get them 4 down on the rack at stumps. We don't like cricket, we love it!
