I'm getting the impression its a very flat pitch, dont forget Stokes usually bowls first, so it must be very batter friendly for him to bat first, , so actually 3 down at lunch isn't a great start. Had Crawley not got out on the stroke of lunch I'd have said we were slightly ahead, the aussies will be happy with their effort so far - albeit they have unusually defensive. we need the middle order to cash in big style because this is defo a 450/500 first ining pitch
