I can sit around all day in Ron Hills and long-sleeved top at 19 C. At 20.5 C, shorts and t-shirt!
I am the same when I am at work. It can be gorgeous sunshine outside but my desk is in the corner and on the shaded side of the house so I get cold but if I start moving round then I’m in shorts and t-shirt as I run hot during the day most of the time.

On an evening I cold down though and switch to trousers. My wife thinks I am a 🦎 reptile 🐍!

When I was still cycling I could sit in shorts & t shirt at 17C, nowadays I can feel chilly in jumper & long trousers at 24C.

We have a guy from club who happily wears longs & a few layers in summer. He never over heats & complains it’s cold on a typical 21 degrees summer day.

I used to go on group cycling holidays ('training camps') on the Costa Blanca in March. British cyclists were often sweltering in shorts and short-sleeved jerseys in temperatures of 20-25C. Local Spanish riders we saw would be wearing arm and leg warmers, long fingered gloves, scarves, and woolly hats!

Many years ago we were in the Vendee region of France during a heat wave, it was still around 32c at midnight, and regularly well over 45c during the day, in fact we went to le sables d’ollone we’re the cars temp gauge went off the scale in one car park, we stuck it out for 20 minutes it was just too hot, over the fortnight we did become a bit acclimatized to it, we had a stop over on the way home near Calais, and I had to put my fleece on in the evening as to us it was cold, the temp was about 17-18c, one man did comment but couldn’t believe the temperatures we had had
