Very true. I'e lived in my house for 30 years..ish. the stopcock is in the downstairs loo and after I'd lived there maybe 10 years I needed to turn it off....i thought I was going to snap the handle off.Does your stopcock work, I have been messed up by many that do not, some on not very old houses.
Test it when you get a chance.
Not just yet.Ok we get the point. Can we have spring now please?
I've never met one that didn't let a tiny trickle of water by. BTW, have you come across screwdriver slot isolation valves............where the screwdriver slot faces the wall......Does your stopcock work, I have been messed up by many that do not, some on not very old houses.
Test it when you get a chance.
