Just checked again - the latest is for only 1°C and 18mph North Easterly. How many layers can I wear and still move around?

How thin is each layer?
You should be able to manage seven at least though.

We were supposed to be opening up our static caravan, in North Wales, this weekend. We’ve postponed that with this weather forecast again!

After the recent Beast from the East, we are lucky to still have the caravan in one piece. Many up there weren’t so lucky

I had a work trip today out to darkest Berwickshire. There is still a lot of snow piled up at the side of some of the roads, which are often variable in width as a result. I even saw the unusual sight of a cooncil workie shovelling snow on to the road from one of these snow banks. (presumably so it would melt quicker spread out over a larger area)
