A non specific person with no specific gender, race, colour or creed, non specific hair colouring, working in a role where their input was recognised on a totally equal par with their colleagues, and rewarded equally for these efforts was spotted inputting an exceptionally long password into their computer

Their manager in a completely supportive and constructive manner noted this and without implying any form of criticism and in a non-judgemental way asked why the password was so long

Recognising that the question was a legitimate and valid point to raise, the individual of their own free will decided that they would reply:


The employee then explained that as part of a totally integrated learning process to encourage all employees to contribute to the holistic welfare of the company, and to participate in the ethically sound and inspirational values of the company, they had participated in a two way exchange of information about the safety of the records that the company kept and had been asked by the facilitator to choose a password that had to be at least 8 characters long, and unlikely to offend any other employee or to contravene the company's values, it had to be 8 characters long and and include at least one capital

Considering the wholesome and integrated ethos of those who had contributed to the emancipation of minority groups she had chosen the names of 8 Nobel Peace Prize winners and the name of the city in which the company's headquarters were based
