Is Teams the pits?
Have a client that uses it - always someone has problems. Bad sound, no video, jumpy screens. People drop in and out.

Or is this the new way to work and I'm missing the point?

I remember when a telex was the d.b. Then later you struggled to find someone else with a fax machine.

We changed from WebEx to Teams at work. It took a while to get used to it but I'd say it works very well.

I work for an American multinational and fax machines seem to be alive and well in the USA.

We used to use Slack and Zoom in work, but then went to Microsoft Dynamics, which includes Teams, so scrapped the others.

While it has improved, teams is still not on a par with Zoom for online meetings, and not really as good as slack for discussions.
