A key component of becoming an adult, is learning how to take a bottle of wine someone brought to your house, to someone else's house.

Mrs Newts & her circle of friends have been passing around athe same celebration box of Ferroro Roche for many years, she received it 3 x at variuos brithday/Christmas meet ups. One day someone will open the box😂

My parents used to get lots of bottles of plonk, whiskey and bailey's for Christmas but they hardly ever drank. So they'd often pass on bottles as gifts. I often used to swig out of the bottles when I was a kid. So embarrassing when they gave one of their friends a bailey's which they didn't notice I'd opened and drank about a quarter of it! They must have thought my parents were such cheap skates!

My parents weren't big drinkers and got a bottle of champagne each Christmas from dad's work, which was brought out on special occasions exam results engagements etc...
I can never remember having one opened for me!😥
