It is a picture of buoys in a yard saying the milkshakes must be good.

They're not buoys though, they're boat fenders.

I'll grant you that, although I've always known them as lifebelt. Anyway, at the risk of being a thread-crapper I maintain that a buoy and a lifebuoy are different things.

This pronounciations seems to be limitted to naval and serious mariner types esp on the NE coast. Many US landlubbers use the English mispronounciation.
