Ended floor for 30 mins not being able to move Thankfully docs here are really helpful and they are trying to get emergency care to us as I can't walk at the moment, let alone care for the wife. If they can't find someone asap they may take my wife away and put her in hospital until I'm better .... not a good day in the Whorty household!

Happy New Year everyone - I hope you all had a good Christmas too. I did - except for being low-level unwell with a cold for pretty much the last three weeks! Had a good break from cycling and running as a result, so need to focus now on building my fitness back up. The only positive is I weighed myself this morning and I haven't put on any weight - just converted some muscle mass into fat I suspect!

I'm up for doing a handicap race next week, and then using the Tour De Zwift races for our next league.
