Well done, despite that i drop 1 position down in CC overall standings .Stage 2 complete 1:06:45 that was bloody hard work for me, no were near any power or stamina,I felt like getting off the bike on the last mile just nothing left

I think I've found the reason for the 5Kg I've put on since March!!!
In fact I think that kebab is 5Kg on its own ... Good job I didn't get a large!!

I wasn't paying attention at the time, when they put the green stuff on itIt should be everything bar shredded Lettuce .
Cabbage, onions, pickled chilli's, lemon wedge and chilli sauce plus whatever else is the shops speciality is not an issue, but Lettuce .
