Can you not challenge it Andy?

I've checked the Zwift power forums. They're locked down, so can't post to ask why my result which is in live page was not transferred to final result. It's not my name because some other didn't change theirs to ZHR.

They don't like me:laugh:. Last time I raced with them I got a silver

Well I'm fking mad, I was in some what decent position not main pack but about 40-50 seconds behind so i could of picked off any riders from the front group, and 30 seconds ahead of a few other riders and I was gaining time on them, then zwift lost power signal twice so bad I was at the end of the c group and got lapped by A cat riders Jeff also suffered from the same thing.

That's no good. Fwiw I lost signal a few times on the Pack ride last night but I could see from my laptop I was down to one bar on wifi. So, an issue at my end. But if it affected Jeff too then more a Zwift issue?

I occasionally get drop-outs... I've never bothered to dig much into them... Figure that's got to be a problem on my end. A longer usb extender cable hasn't helped.

Today's course seemed like it should have suited me well, ie flat and the bumps are at the start of each lap rather than the end.

It was definitely harder latching onto the fast group and it felt like I was red-lining just to stick with them. The little bumps split us up a bit and I'd hit the gas to rejoin. But less than 10 minutes in, I was struggling and eased off to join the 2nd group. I can't recall if we picked up or dropped anyone on that second lap, but I was struggling even with the 2nd group by that point. Somewhere near the end of the second lap someone was complaining about the B riders affecting the outcome of the C race and that he didn't want to see them in the front of the pack. WTF. Not exactly sure were on the 3rd lap, but I passed a rider on the side of the road -- Breedon. He was completely stopped. And even when he started the w/kg didn't seem to come up like I would have expected. I kept a loose eye on the nearby riders to see if Breedon was going to work his way back up to me and he did. Breedon gave me a good tow (I tried to return the favor as best as I could!). As the "A" riders came flying by I hoped Breedon would be able to latch onto them. But they were all pushing 5+ W/kg with a couple miles to go. Egad. I eeked out just enough power to avoid getting caught by whomever was behind me.

Fairly disappointed with my results. It's always been the case when I bring the trainer up to the vacation house that I seem to struggle. I've ruled out calibration issues after moving. We're at a higher elevation here, but it's not a huge difference relative to home (1k feet higher). My fan setup isn't as good and we don't have central air to cool things down... Whatever it is, I just struggle when riding here relative to home.

Thursday is 4 lap Watopia hilly. So I'm sure to struggle Thursday too.

I was determined to stay in the front group for long as possible I lasted 1 and half laps as I lost concentration for 2 seconds as I took a gel tried to latch back on but I just couldn't so I was inbetween groups and holding pace, working hard but doing well and pleased with my effort then the drop outs first time in a race and boy was I mad and you know the rest.
See how I feel for Thursday got to do a trainerroad session tomorrow .

I am going to try and race tomorrow-or at least start and see how shoulder is. I would have preferred something a little steeper than Watopia hilly but at least its not pan flat.

If you guys having drop outs look at the zwift rider FB group you will see some people having issues with routers set to auto connect.

So... I continue to have problems with at least one dropout during each ride when Zwifting on Windows 10. Reading the Stages PM at the same time on the Elemnt Bolt sees no dropouts.
Can anyone make out something from the attached Zwiftalizer screenshot. Zoomed in on the one dropout during my latest ride... Device 43220 is my HRM. Kind of looks like it drops out which causes a ANT+ device search which triggers dropouts on my Stages and Neo. But just guessing, as I am not sure how to read the diagrams. Please help.

That looks suspiciously like a 2.4Ghz router set to "Auto" where it happens to hunt over Channel 10, bleeds over the bands, and kicks ANT+ out, then hunts for another free channel, finds one (not on 2.457Ghz) and your ANT+ settles back in. Make sure your router (if using 2.4Ghz) is *NOT* set to 6, 10, 11 or Auto. Use a lower channel if possible. If you're using 5Ghz, it's possible one of your neighbors' routers on 2.4Ghz is hunting and bleeding over into 2.457 and throwing your ANT+ off. Remember, it's not an ANT+ problem, because ANT+ has interference avoidance built into the spec, but cheap routers that don't stay in their lane.

Hmmm... My router was set to "Auto", but each time I checked it had selected channel 1, so it didn't occur to me that that could be an issue. I've now changed it from Auto to specifically channel 1.
However, if it is the ANT+ signal being desturbed by ...See More

How does one thwack the goggles on the face of the router not staying in it's proverbial lane?

A router from a reputable manufacturer will typically perform better than a cheap, off-the-shelf router from a third-party. Unfortunately, if it's a nearby neighbor, you may be stuck, and have to either faraday your pain cave to prohibit outside signal...See More

The router is often the issue, but having one weak ANT+ due to a drianed battery is also known to bring trouble to the rest of the set up. So also check that HRM battery

That's was my thoughts exactly. I've now set the router to channel 1 specifically and will change the HRM battery. Trying to backtrack, my issues could have started when I got a new router some months ago. Didn't make the connection at the time, but the dropouts made me stop racing almost completely, as that one single dropout for five seconds ruined my race every time.

Still a stern test with 3 times u a 1.5 mile climb. Is it the lower slopes of Pretzel? That would be 6% average
