... sounds like lots of people are getting drop outs in the racing. Maybe my issue last week wasn't my set up. Will see how it goes tonight - if I manage to get on

hi this is my first post and a help question I have a new bkool pro plus connected up but the speed sensor does not register I have a usb extension and put the dongle next to the drive unit any advise would be welcome

You have a separate speed sensor on the back wheel?

Is the speed sensor Ant +. Have you tried to pair it with Zwift whilst Bkool pro switched off?

If you still have problems. Take a screen shot of the Zwift page where it shows which devices are connected. Like this Also list which devices you want to connect

Well done guys:okay:. Dean and Martin very close. Bob not too far behind and Lee just a tad back. Jeff as well . Not one for the heavier rider!
Did Lee use his power tap meter?

I bet that was a tough one:heat:

Phew!
Bit of a struggle that and a minute or more off my best time each lap. I don't think I saw Dean or Steve!
Felt I was pulling too much at the front trying to stay around 230w or more but I think that was me not controlling my pace in the small group I was with 2 of whom schooled me for a sprint at the end^_^
Would like to get nearer the front next time. ^_^
Well done every one especially Dean and his dance music all hands in the air:rolleyes:^_^

That hurt. Even staying in the 2nd (and 3rd and 4th) group wasn't in the cards today. Dean was probably a top-10 finisher.

We had a nice little group at the start, but I was certain I would drop off the pace early, so I virtually waved goodbye to Dean, Bob & Berty wishing them the best of luck. Rode with a smaller bunch for a while, maybe a half dozen with the occasional pickup and spit out the back. We were actually making up good ground on Berty and the group he was in. I think we closed to within ~30 seconds, hit either the hills or the KOM and broke apart. . Pratt and I rode together for a while, picked up Bottomore, Froebrich. Then our little group broke up as the second group of A riders flew by. I turned over the pedals as best as I could for the last lap -- I was ready for that race to be over. Makes me wonder again if I ought to be riding "D" for the races with significant amounts of elevation work.

well ! i got my arse kicked !:B) and to rub salt in to the wound it hasn't saved - when i pressed save it whirred around for ages doing nothing
well done everybody
yes i used power meter with bkool it was a bit strange as i couldn't really feel the change in elevation that much - it was a bit harder going up hill but not nothing vicious but the speed just went down even though rpm were staying same
is there any way of seeing results at all
the neo fund is coming along nicely and fingers crossed i will be tooled up this time next month ^_^
ps - if anyone gets loads of pings i am sorry i was pressing buttons at the end on peoples names and not knowing what i was doing

Jeff, like Andy said very much a course for the lighter riders. Some grumbling to that the lead group was comprised of B group riders ( Dean and Steve? ^_^)
Soul destroying to be overtaken by the A group pace line at 5 and 6 w/k up hill.
That said, I don't think the Kiss C is as fast as a zsun B group chain gang and there you have the benefit of group drafting so a faster pace for less effort. With so few riders racing unless you get a draft and can work with other riders it must be a real struggle.

Berty there will be a fit file in the Zwift folder on your pc. Just manually upload that to Strava.
Don't forget slope no steeper than 6% on that course I think so really no need to come off the big ring an dperhaps why didn't feel so hard? Or just bkool

You're on the cusp between cat B and C. I don't think the race was hilly enough for your light weight to show benefits on shorter climbs

Could it be the "trainer difficulty" setting or whatever it's called? That would dampen the effect of the hills in terms of resistance.

That zwiftpower could get addictive!
It's recommending I upgrade too but 1 minute slower than Dean so doesn't seem right.
Those that raced did you all have gels etc? Need to get this worked out in advance.

Edit
I see it's becaus eI and others averaged 3.2 plus over 95 % of the course
