You work too hardI didn't get any rest between the two KoMs
I rested compared to the climbs, sat in a group and worked hard enough to stay in the group but not go in the red. I blew up on last climb. Still, set a pb for the bagel so not all bad

Whorty,Not sure how ZP times compare to Strava. For e.g., on ToNY 3 my strava time is slightly faster than ZP. I think it's because ZP includes the bit from the start pen to the road (that's my assumption anyway). ZP should stop though once you cross the finish line (whereas Strava will continue recording time until you end the zwift session).
It's your ZP time I'll be chasing Still coughing due to chest infection, so we'll see how it works out once I hit that first KoM I'll give it my all and have my inhaler with me should I need it
Glad the encouragement helped. It always spurs me on when I know someone is watching and shouting me on. Always seem to find that bit of extra energy.
Wasn't too bad in the end. Back to docs tomorrow for a check up, but i think the infection has cleared up. Felt ok on that ride. ave HR 170, with a max of 180 and wasn't coughing too much.Whorty,
I'm with your wife thinking you should take it really easy until you get rid of your infection. This free advice is worth every penny.
I need a consider to change my 52/36 chainrings to 50/34. I have 11-28 cassette and in my case 52/11 is practically useless when ride with Zwift. I have 50/34 chainrings too in my "workshop".It would be better If trainer difficulty was replaced by “cassette choice” so that 50% better reflected a change from 36/28 to say 34/30.

Great time
Can a list of just cyclechat participants for each stage be seen in ZP
I use the 42 quite often but due to my w/kg (about 1.7) I'm still relatively crawling. As I've said I gear for the real world, I've tried weight doping to see where I'd be if I could drop to a lower weight and a 32, 30 or even 28 is useable at my current ftp.AdZ is fine on 30/26 (old triple)
36x28 = 33.93 gear inches
30x26 = 30.24 gear inches
32x30 = 28.14 gear inches
So Bob has the spinniest gearing and Juhal and TB the grindiest (unless TB uses the 42 which gives 22.62 gear inches )
I was testing once weight doping too. If you would only know what kind of professional cyclist lives inside meI use the 42 quite often but due to my w/kg (about 1.7) I'm still relatively crawling. Here to a lighter, brighter me this year
All you have to do is ride couple more events and you win the heat. Your recovery seems to be fast type of kind. Actually i am not surprisedPhew! Stage 2 was hard.
1-05 37s for me which I am happy with at this stage in my recovery
FWIW I ride at 30% td
Were you in the 4pm just now? Good to see you progressing in your recoveryPhew! Stage 2 was hard.

Yeah - that was hard. I had a nightmare at the start when my laptop fell off its box 10 secs before the start!. I frantically retrieved it but the sensors weren't working so I couldn't start and had to kill Zwift and restart it. Eventually got going 2 mins late at the back of the field . It kept showing my position at around 2650th (huge field!) despite moving my way up. I think I finished around 320 on the road. I thought I'd already done the hard stuff and so the real steep bits approx 6 miles from the end came as a nasty shock!
There would be some good, close battles there if that was a closed race just amongst ourselves!Stage 2 looks like this
