even if they eat chicken nuggets for a week ?

of course there is the tell tale sign its giraffe poo as it is falling from the sky !
You joke, but actually that is how you spot it's giraffe poo and not say kudu or sprinbok etc poo. Smaller antelope poop and their poop is concentrated in a small area but as giraffe poo from a great height, their poop is more dispersed.

They don't eat chicken nuggets, they prefer to eat big macs :hungry:

Sure, I'll have my first go at the Alpe d'Zwift and on the Direto. 1h20m+I expect. :surrender: Not much draft going up, or what?
Nah, you'll be quicker that 1hr 20 mins. I can do it in low 70's, so you'll be in the 60's range easily.

Well that, and to learn how to catch the most venomous snakes in southern Africa (that's a Boomslang, by the way - you do not want to get nailed by that bad boy!)

I did the “real” Alpe d’Huez in BSIM on my Direto in 1h19m. But I see now, that it was back in July. I guess I should be able to do it in less than 1h10 now, depending on whether the (double) draft has any effect going up.

You're never 85kg in that pic.
I was down to about 13 stone there (the food was rough in the bush for 6 months). i've made up for it since

Edit: I'm down to 83kg now, which is 13 stone, so I'm about the same weight now as in that picture. I wear it well with baggy clothes

Weight still heading in right direction. Scales slipped into 82kg range Sunday (82.8kg) so with a bit more effort this week I'm hoping to be closer to 82 than 83kg. Would love to be sub 80 by christmas, but not sure how realistic.

Thinking of doing the 17:15 30km WBR flat race tonight. I think others are looking at the race up the Alpe (too late in the evening for me) so if any fancy an earlier ride then you know where to find me :okay:
