When I was looking thru the rides I saw you were doing the fire and ice ride - I thought ey up ! He’s having a sneak assault ! - do you think it was doing the ride the night before or was you going guns firing ?At least your ride went better than mine, legs were killing me after 1 1/2 miles up the alp so bailed so im resting for a day or two.

@CXRAndy I'm not doing an FTP test. I'm doing the hptek/GPLama step test to just get a guide as to where I am. Zwift have assigned me a 215w FTP from some free rides I did, 1 of which was the Epic KOM. I'm still being put to the sword with that jump. In the space of 3 or 4 days I went from 166 to 193 to 215To get the best result from the ftp test is wait 2 or 3 days rest. Then all subsequent workouts will test and build you up
