I had the problem with my Giant ridesense candence and speed sensor, and now it's been explained it was because the speed sensor was not connecting only the candence ,I have the tickr heart rate as my set up only uses Bluetooth

I was waiting for a a good deal on a Wahoo Tickr, perhaps I will hold off a few weeks later and see if the update fixes the issue.
Maybe this code could work for you?

Edit: If they question you, tell them you overeat, are obnoxiously brash, have no use for the extra "U" in color and are willfully ignorant.

It’s something I’ve read up a fair bit on in the past Andy. Not least because I’m a complete tart who likes justifying things to myself. I remember when the cyramic speed bearings started cropping up in wheels and people would blabber on about how long they would spin for. But as hambini mentions it has nothing to do with how they spin under load. I do actually have cycamic bearings. I have them in two sets of wheels and two of my bb’s. One of the bb’s is on my s-works tarmac. I’ve just checked on strava and I’ve done over 5k miles on that bike on the original bb. I service the bike myself which helps things last longer. But they’re still going very well for what it’s worth. All the cyramic speed stuff I have it has been a case of the part I wanted came with cs, rather than me buying it for the cs. The colnago bb adaptor for example allowed me to avoid using press fit cups into the bb. There are watt saving gains from cs bearings. I think though from memeory the main saving isn’t in the wheels or bb, but in the rear derailleur pulley wheels. And I think it’s a saving of about 3w over an hour period... so complete none sense really for us mortals.
Even branded steel bearings are a complete rip off. Zipp wanted £40 for replacement bearing for my rear 303 wheel. I got the same ones for £5 delivered!

If the bearings have rubber seals, with a sharp pick or blade remove the outer seal apply new grease. Dont overly pack the bearings or the seal might hydraulic pop off.

Obviously, clean area before attempting seal removal

I’ve only re lubed the bearings once and that was this summer. So you should be fine for a while yet mate. I can’t remember which cranks you have. But I think they’re dura ace? which means you’ll have an adapter to reduce the bb from 30 to 24mm I think. So you’ll have to take that out first too.

Starting a 6 week workout plan tomorrow so wanted to do an hour of easy spinning today. Joined the ZHR Audax 100km (Ride) expecting a moderate pace given the length, but they were really going at it. We rarely went below 40 kph and I was mostly in green/yellow zone.

You all probably already know this, but it was news to me: The event started 11:15 AM, but I joined much later. I knew you could join events (look for the "Late joining" icon in ZP) if you used the Companion app to sign up before they started, but I found out I wanted to join the event after it was started.
I managed to do that via ZP. When you go to the event details, there's a "Join Event" button to the left. It worked with IE, not Chrome.

Training session later for me. Did one last night, looked to do a second but Zwift wouldn't let me ... it wanted me to take an 8 hour break! I did a further group ride anyway  It's the 30 mins pedalling session tonight, and I'll do the 90 mins red unicorn tomorrow. Enforced break then until Friday so happy to thrash my body over next 2 days as I'll be getting a good rest :okay:
