I was thinking about doing the 90 mins unicorn workout, but you tempted me into a race with the 10km thrash. When I couldn't get into that I saw the 34km WBR volcano flat so jumped on that instead. Really pleased with my power, speed and progress. Of 29 ZP registered C cat riders I was 8th. The guy who came 3rd was 2 seconds ahead and beat me on the sprint. I then did the 30 mins pedaling workout as I figured I could manage that after the race. Was hard but yep, completed it all.Yep likewise. Just did 90 mins endurance.
