Cat Enforcement is typical in nearly all races. WBR look at the last 3 months then either DQ or Upgrade you to next Cat. KISS is one of few organisers to insist you enter your ZwiftPower Cat (or above).

It's blank for me at the top....I guess I'll find out tonight whether any enforcement is in place!

You are Cat D on ZP, but only because you haven't raced yet. It will update either immediately after the race or during the night when Skills get updated.

It's the Road to Ruins route, which is limited to new users, but you can do it in a group situation. I,agree it wont matter which group, to be safe pick B/C category and see how you get on. Good luck I'll drop in to watch and give encouragement where possible:okay:
It's taking a lot longer than envisaged to get set up (software, not hardware). Still 58 mins remaining!

I'll get things set up this evening and do a ride tomorrow afternoon.

Thanks for the anticipated support Andy :okay:. The Kickr on your rocker board felt great when I gave it a quick test spin.

Something not right today. Bailed on the EUR. Saw another cyclechatter fly by, but didn't catch the full name.

That will be Brendan Parker aka @bert1971
Just been watching him. He rode with another guy for ages. Looked a hard ride!

Great result Paul Bronze :okay:
Well, third out of three cat A's (and the first five cat b's finished ahead of me!) but I'll take the bronze medal!!

I had a good race - got dropped on the first mad dash uphill but managed to somehow catch back up and get in the front group again. Got to the finish in a group of 11 but just as I was unleashing what would definitely have been an unstoppable sprint my calf cramped up so I had to back off and limped in 11th on the road.

Good fun though and 65 minutes with an average HR of 170bpm has to be good for me, right?

Morning chirpy bollocks

Is it that time of the year when you get the tin bath out, and treat yourself to your annual family scrub down?

Or maybe northerner’s skin just naturally turns shiny this time of year, to compensate for the 2 hours of rainy daylight you get.

Or maybe you should just p!ss off, and leave my natural smooth as silk legs out of it :reading:
