I had a rare resistance issue at the beginning of a workout this morning. I didn’t have time to warm up and needed the time in the pen before the start. Resistance was stuck at about 300w (by feel) came out of the workout and restarted zwift but same issue. So no proper warm up and a 1/3 of the way through the workout , which as some low cadence high power too, my knee told me to stop. Frustrating. Joined the ADH ride to spin and all was ok with a nice little solo sprint before bailing.
