I suppose if you don't race, why would you care about bike upgrades? Working on level 3 for the SL8 now. That one will probably take a couple of weeks, depending on the weather.

I'm working on level 3 for the Spesh Allez - I'm not racing at the moment and don't plan to any time soon, so I'm going for the Halo purely for kudos reasons  Plus if I'm going to pay the increased subs then I need a funky new bike

Personally I try to keep my Zwift experience much realistic as possible. Haven't ride with Tron bike very often and use lightweight wheels very often either. Only purchase I have done recently is Specialized S-Works SL8, till then I used SL7 bike because I have that bike. Can't say is there much different with those two bikes when I use them on Zwift, nothing dramatic I would say so mind as well I can return back to SL7. I guess I'm the one those who doesn't care much about upgrades.

@alex_cycles @bridgy how did the final two races shake out?

That was brutal!

TT went ok for me and fantastic for our team. I finished 4th on the road and picked up 10th place FAL points on the first KOM. But the rest of my team did so well on the segments I ended up 7th overall on points and 4th out of my teammates who were awesome!

I was kind of hanging on in the race a bit (but I expect most people were feeling similar!) - I tried on the first segment but came 12th I think so regretted burning the matches! Came 15th on the road but 20th overall after segment points.

Hopefully our team secured enough points to remain second overall....

I was very poor at the iTT which is nothing new, but relied on team-mates to do well in that one. I smashed the sprint and got 3rd for that. 32nd overall but the team won it.

Then race 6 I came into my own, got 3rd on Brae FTS - despite forgetting to deploy my aero
Clyde Kicker FAL I snatched 10th for 5 points and then second on Champions sprint FTS and 8th FIN, which gave me bronze overall for race 6.

Our team managed the clean sweep though. We won all six races for the season. Not done that before.

Awesome - well done on a dominant series win!

My and @mjd1988 's team I think will finish 2nd overall, but need to see the final results to be sure. I think we had the strongest team but were a little unlucky that one of our best riders missed half of the races, plus we had a rider get a mechanical on the TTR stage - and we only had 4 riders that day so went from favourites to win it, to last place as for that one the time is obviously taken on your 4th rider.

Whatever the final result though, an excellent and well organised race series. Good mix of courses and race formats, and competitive and well balanced categories. DIRT Racing series for me are pretty much everything ZRL should be, but isn't
