I don't mind the Alpe. It's around 1hr20-30 in Z2. Nearer to 1hr10 pretty much flat out these days.

I like the zigzag bends more so than Ventop. Doing 25 of them would be rather a chore, I suppose part of an endurance training plan would fit in nicely

Takes me about 80 minutes in zone 2. Did a banded ride and did it in 64 minutes, which makes them a bit pointless.

Speaking of badges and stuff, can anyone with the ZR App account thingy check if I now managed to win a race in every world? @alex_cycles?

Why don't you claim your username with your Strava login and stop being a pussy?

Was hoping to get on the Brownlee event, but...... I'm 40 miles away waiting for prescription for family member 😕

Never mind. I've just found that they do it three times a week. It's nice and fun and doesn't affect your vELO or ZRS because it's down as a group ride. (But it's deffo a race).

Got back to see you had just finished. Did your B cats catch the C?. I noticed the winners had the same time

Today's Tiny races, two first races were hilly. I decided to tempo and keep my matches for the last two. I dropped under 350 for the first two events

I decided to go for stage 3, but was blown away, couldn't hold the pace into the sprint

The Champs Elysée where I didn't go crazy and just held a consistent power to the finish

SIL. Did a little bit of analysis on my racing score. Though I'm bottom third for most power figures, my short term power is better than average. He thinks I'm destined to float around the boundary mark, but thinks I will never permanently drop into D, unless I lose my sprint top end- god forbid

Or Zwift move the boundaries -again :hello:
