I don't know Alex.

It could be Zwift feels bad, wants to cheer me for my next event, then kick me the nuts and promote me

I had my weekly nut-kicking in 2 laps of Douce France yesterday. VirtuSlo race. Top of my Cat was 550, I was 540.
I held on until 5 minutes after Aqueduc on lap 2 (57 minutes) then it got too much. To have done any better I would have needed to get new 1hr and 1:10 PRs for power. I finished 39th of about 70 starts

I think what happens when you race 4 races in an hour is that the initial results are wrong because Zwift uses your "start of day" ZRS as the input score for each of the four calculations. The "delta" (points change) for each will be correct, but if you start the day on 400, then get +5, +5, -5, +5 it would show you as 405, 405, 395, 405 after each of the races. This then gets "caught up" overnight, which is what I suspect might have happened in your case and you'd end up at 410.

Checked this morning and............

My racing score has fallen below 350

Not by much but drops me into old D (200-350)

Is this the the new algo or a minor tweak?

Has anyone else's score dropped overnight?

As Alex says, this is the delayed Tinies score for you - apparently Zwift can't cope with multiple races in a certain period (12 hours?) so for you, each Tinie race would have been based on your first ZRS score and not the score from the previous race - what they then do is recalculate everything at the end of the day so that it corrects itself.

My ZRS is still 335, no change yet.

I've just pushed the button on some Assioma Duo Shi pedal axles - my first venture into outdoor power measurement. I'll let you know how I get on with being stung for import duties, but £329 + tax was too tempting for me (cyclepowermeters have them for £490).

Legs feeling a bit sore after a 10km run yesterday including a <4:00/km, 1450m-long uphill segment...

I was going to ride today, but legs are crucified from gym. I decided it would be a good idea to do a big workout to help cancel the huge Sunday dinner invite at our daughter's new home.

The dinner was lovely, but can't walk today

I had legs day this morning at the gym, plus chest (well, Monday is international chest day!)

May do a ride early evening if glutes don't feel too bad

Good price. You do know that these need the Shimano Pedal bodies??

Yep, it looks pretty straightforward to swap them in.

Since until now I've been 1990s Look Delta (not Keo) pedals, I thought it would be a good opportunity to change system, so it was a choice between the Assioma system (which is like Keo, although a lot of people report compatibility issues), or swapping to Shimano. I've only got two functioning bikes to kit out.

Still only about £50 for RS-540 pedals

Anyone recommend a compact, easily portable pressure cleaner?

I bought this to carry down To the boat.
It does the job knocking off the fish slime and Cheeto dust

Edit. Light and very cheap

Race this evening. Flat coastal race. Dropped with about 6km to go, pace a little too much for me (someone was calling that the front were rotating at over 4 w/kg, but as I was so far back I have no idea if that's true or not).
89 / 150 on the road, 66 / 98 in ZP. Masses of riders in front of me had much lower ZRS scores, many in the 1nn and 2nn range.
My ZRS dropped from 335 to 334 - a whole 1 drop
'nuff said haha
