Didn’t get a single drop on rouvy or tpv but get them every Tuesday on zwift. And the app just won’t connect anymore, constant crashing.

I fell for the 1km difference when I checked zp my time had beat the C's😁, then I realised they did the extra

Hoping for some overnight zrs recalculations ,score jumped up by 23 tonight in coming 1st out of 3 ( both had higher zrs than me ) to 403 ,which I think will promote me again if Alex rejigs the boundaries

403 is pen 3 next month. 399 is pen 4.

They're going to implement anti-tanking by the end of November apparently, so you need a genuine loss unless you get on with it. You're probably getting back to where you belong though. While the system allows it, it's up to us to test it for robustness. You go where you will enjoy the races.

Only a temp drop out, 10 or so seconds. Just frustrating as I’m frantically trying to reconnect the trainer etc

Apart from that I had an ok ride. Couldn’t drop @steverob though, chased me every inch of the way.

And there was me thinking I was riding really well because I closed the gap to Carl from 16 seconds to just 2 and it turns out it was only because he was having a technical!

Yeah poor bugger was set to win the league and had a powercut a few km into the race. He's from Brazil and is one of my DIRTy Sprockets team mates.
Lovely chap. He's on the up. Doing really well.

My 20kg less definitely helped - you pegged me back on the lower % parts of the climb but as soon as the grade went higher I managed to just about pull the odd extra second. I was definitely on my @rse on that climb, any further and I've have had to rest.

Recovery under way, had a few jobs around the house yesterday, walked the dogs, had a good night's sleep, metrics bounced back. Got the electrician coming today so will be helping him
