Similar here - in the (admittedly few) races I've done since the last score reset, I've pushed as hard as I ever have and typically finish around halfway on ZP, usually managing to stay with the pack until the later stages before being dropped, yet my racing score has slowly drifted down. I started with a seed score of 332 and find myself now on 321.

In good news though, whatever was planned at work for tomorrow has been cancelled so I get to work from home after all. That means I can do the final round of November's Cycleopathy up La Reine. Wait, no, that's bad news! *#$%!

It's 14km in the 4th and 5th pens as you requested. The rest of us are doing 15km

Remind me why I did this again? It's been disastrous for my vELO. That and two or three seriously poor tactical in-race choices in November put me back in Amethyst yesterday for the first time since I broke out in August.

I was sapphire which is above Amethyst. I peaked in September and have had a steady decline since then.
Cyclopathon started in September. In the natural course of things I wouldn't deliberately choose to do 25% hilly and 25% mountainous races because I suck at them. But it does show how doing a mixed variety of races can affect things if you've been selecting races you prefer.

A big ride, 152 starters (88 in the ZP results). 2 KoMs so not really my kind of race. Reached the base of the first KoM in 76th, crossed the line at the end of the race in 77th (54 in ZP) so I held my position pretty well.

Post race my ZRS dropped to 331. Now in the app it's gone up ... to 331. I started the race with a ZRS of 331   I didn't try the throw the race either and tank my score, I worked pretty hard up the climbs, just couldn't hold wheels of those climbing at over 3.5 w/kg

A decent workout, consistent numbers given I've done a few days riding recently and legs are feeling a bit fatigued. I was definitely fading at the end.

Where is this training readiness metric ? I just see training status.

It's only on the more expensive Garmin watches. My Forerunner 255 doesn't have it.
It's bad enough being told you're useless and lazy with Training Status every morning though, so I don't feel like I'm missing out.

I find the whole Training Status thing far too influenced by whatever VO2max you did on your last effort. If I'm doing zone 2 for a couple of days it thinks I'm getting less fit just because I'm not smashing it. Then says UNPRODUCTIVE, which isn't very encouraging.
