It does take a little while to get used to, within a week you'll be using it like a pro.

I saw someone say 'Hi Whorty' but didn't recognise the Zwift name. I don't have the keyboard near me either so couldn't reply back, sorry! I was just finishing up when you saw me ... trying one more sprint. Just don't seem to be able to time it right so I hit the sprint at top speed and then hold it. I either go too early and run out of steam, or start too late and not get up to speed. Need more practice.

How'd your ride go?

Tired now, those 30sec efforts were well felt in my legs.

Good feeling though

Abandoned a Trainer-road interval session  So took my frustration out on Foxhill and couple of sprints, never can tell where to build up steam for the sprints but Foxhill wasn't too 'shabby for a flabby'

Nice one Andy. That's faster than my best post neo ride:okay:
(Shuffles off the attic to put right a wrong....)

I had best wait then and give you a chance to have a few goes:okay: I can always kill 2 birds with one stone on my return from Italy, pasta belly or not:tongue::laugh:
At least you'll be all carbed up ready to go.
Decided I'm off out on the bike and brave the real world

Did 40 miles with plesent roads not that much traffic, but I've decided to go to the doctors and see some one about my back 20 miles in and i was in agony so I eased off, got up right for about 20 minutes and it got better near home it felt fine so upped the power then within 10 minutes it came back.

It's not the bike, I've never been right since it went back in February im getting back ache all the time BUT im fine on the turbo so im thinking trapped nerve and the jarring of the roads is pressing on it.

To be honest it's getting me down i dear not ride outside in case something happens
