It's highly likely I'm misunderstanding as I don't have any extra controls, but in the video when he connects to the clicker, the controls box highlighted, my assumption is that you can only select one 'control' .. so if you select Clicker then you can't also select the steering control.

Same as the other boxes ... one power source, one cadence, one heart rate etc ...

Or if you have multiple controls can you select them all in the 'Controls' box, or do extra Controls boxes appear?

Like I say, I don't have any controls so not sure how they show on the screen and I may be totally missing the point. It's highly likely lol

Ah right. I don't have any of these things either but from what I've seen, when you have the Zwift Play controllers both the left and right ones appear in that middle bottom box and you select them both. See below:

zwift play connect.jpg

Having said that, as I've said before I don't see why you'd really need to connect both the click controller and the Zwift Play controllers anyway, because the Zwift Play controllers can do the job of the click controller (plus other things). But that said, it might be possible so you would then have two different ways of changing gear (click controller and/or zwift play controllers), and the click controller would appear and be able to also be selected in the above drop down list along with the two play controllers

No excuse just didnt have any top end kick today was first on to the kicker lap 1 and virtually last over it about sums up my effort .
Neutral start didn't quite work today Es where rear pen hence taking a long time to catch and group had split before they got on . Everyone just regrouped before the kicker where it kicked off

Better answer @Whorty - watch this video (it will start at the appropriate time) which will answer all your questions I think (yes you can connect BOTH the click controller AND play controllers if you ant to have two ways of changing gear)

Your numbers are comparable to Stevens. You just need a little more punch 👊

Conversely I really enjoyed this high intensity event. One of my favourite circuits

Having a week off from racing, I was not sure if my lungs would react well to full on efforts.

Legs felt good up the Clyde kicker, briefly holding the segment lead time. Set a new PB on the final lap.

Steven held on well and I was under pressure somewhat, but managed to recover for a long sprint into the finish. Dropping Steven and Alex-surpirise

Having already lost Stephen (who I beat on the Sgurr last week) and Martijn racing in my pen I was mainy concerned about finishing ahead of Berndt.

To be honest I didn't really feel like racing this morning, but thought I would since I'm the host

Legs didn't really have the oomph today. A nice long outdoor ride would have suited me better.
Can't win every time though.

Didn't answer the question did it? It must have some kind of battery or capacitor that stores some charge or the electronics wouldn't work.

When the Neo isn't connected to the power supply, the act of pedaling generates enough electricity to run the electronics ... I've had this happen to me on Zwift. I'm connected to the power supply, but through the rocker action the plug becomes disconnected from the trainer ... Zwift continues as normal ... As you say there is probably a small capacitor acting as a buffer / power supply ... otherwise it would drop out going downhill if you stopped pedaling ... It does mean that you can use a Neo without the power supply as long as you have an app that can run on a mobile device (like the old Tacx APP)

Divide by zero error.

This makes no sense to me Martin. How can it receive a signal from Zwift to control the resistance if it has no electrical power?
How can it adjust the resistance if it has no electrical power?
Does it have some kind of battery that became fully discharged half-way through your workout today?

No idea how it works - as you say, there must be some device to hold some power/charge which gets topped up by the turbo being used.

You need to have it plugged in for effects like road feel and the downhill simulator to work - I can't remember when I last plugged it in. I'll be checking it again this afternoon. I think sometimes it can be Zwift which causes the issue. I've downloaded the Garmin Tacx Training App and see if it works using one of their workouts.

My guess would be that whatever battery it has just ran out of charge part-way through your ride.
Perhaps it's lost a bit of capacity or isn't fully able to sustain being permanently unplugged.
(Lithium batteries lose a few percent capacity a year, generally).

Pleased to report that my NEO 2T worked fine just now when I tried a quick Zwift workout on it. Phew.

Now on a separate topic, my TICKR has broken and my wife's (which I borrowed) has also just stopped working - not a good few days.

TICKR's are now a bit of a silly price. Anyone tried the Coospo Chest Strap HR monitor? Amazon product ASIN B07D4J5VDKView: https://www.amazon.co.uk/CooSpo-Monitor-Bluetooth-Waterproof-Compatible/dp/B07D4J5VDK/ref=sr_1_11?crid=3FZV2066EIKGJ&keywords=wahoo%2Btickr&qid=1707493210&sprefix=wahoo%2Btickr%2Caps%2C143&sr=8-11&th=1

:okay:

I think @mjd1988, @bobinski and @Aleman have experience of these - try searching this thread for coospo!
