Updated topic name. Zwift chat looks better and clearer than Zwift, Bkool splitter chat.

Yes I asked the admin to make the thread sticky too.

Is it auto bike choice?
Apologies, didn't see this until after the event. Yes, all stages have auto assigned frames. You can still select the wheelset though.

I really enjoyed that-is there something wrong with me? 1h 6 in inc lead in. Did a negative split, or at least tried to knowing i didnt have to think about the draft. Passed a few names i recognised. Knackered now. Still nice message fro Intervals icu saying ftp now 247. How did you do Pete?
That was fun - well, at least most of it. There were 200 riders in my pen so I set myself a target of beating half of them. Didn't look good after the lead-in as I was 152nd, but I think I paced it pretty well and managed 97th by the end.

2nd best 20-minute and 2nd best 60-minute watts ever. Happy with that. Tomorrow will be carnage with all the sprints.

Your numbers look great too, @bobinski, @13 rider.

@JuhaL just saw your Strava- you ok?

All well thanks. Few times in a year I had arrhythmia issues. Heartbeat settle down pretty soon after I quit my session. I guess my few sprints today provoke my body and cause that.

I did Stage 1 of Flat is Fast yesterday. Being a totally flat course it didn't really suit me but was a good workout. There were 162 riders in B Cat, so it was a quick one. I stayed with the (massive) front group and ended up 62nd (51st on ZP) which I was fairly pleased with - top 25% is better than I expected.

I'm also not sure why I get so many YouTube views, it is up to 51 views already for some reason

Stage 2 done. I rode it early after a poor nights sleep i put down to adrenaline from the late race yesterday.I was holding on with the 2nd group and then missjudged the draft on the 2nd sprint and boom-off the back. I pedaled alone for a few mins waiting for another group to catch. Once grouped up i tried to get them to chase the group in front but they werent having any of it! Not sure i was really up to it
