I’m going to attempt the 500 but looking to do as much outdoors as possible. A meagre 40km today as I did an 80k yesterday which by the letter of the law doesn’t count. I’ll do an hour on zwift tomorrow morning, probably much to the destain of the missus. That will leave me with a lot of catching up to do to keep on track.
Merry Christmas everyone. In my work we aren’t meant to wish colleagues a Merry Christmas in case it causes offence 🥱 “Happy holidays” is as good as it gets

Between the 29th of November and the 6th of January there are 16 religious festivals/celebrations, so wishing someone happy holidays is the correct thing to do ...
... Having said that if someone told me I couldn't say happy Christmas at work... I'd decorate the place to high heaven, and everyone would be wished happy Christmas.

I am signed up for it , obviously i prefer outdoors and my indoor set up is not the best as lack of proper venting /fans and not permanent mean an hour at a time is about my limit so im am trying to fit in 2 x 1 hour pacer sessions a day .Got up at 4.30 am so i could have brekkie then do a session before anyone else surfaces as mrs CK was trying to ban me from getting on the bike at all today
Assuming i can keep it up i should hit target and hopefully get a longer ride outside .

Here in Finland people have a habbit to say Merry Xmas if we don’t see again before Xmas. It sounds like Xmas is ruined if we see again before Xmas but it doesn’t meant that way 😁.
