This world has gone so woke 🤣

What about the people who are offended at not being allowed to say Merry Christmas?
I find it offensive that their feelings are not being considered.

Also consider the feelings of anyone who is habitually not happy around the "holiday" period.
Perhaps we should be inclusive and make it Happy/Grumpy?
And then what about those people who don't get a holiday?

You can tie yourself up in knots. That's pretty much what woke is. I'm well aware that I am now going to be cancelled, but I find that offensive, so we're cancelling cancelling and we're going to ban the banning of things. Hopefully that is as inclusive as it gets because it will p*ss EVERYONE off equally. :laugh:

After two days of 1 hour rowing sessions my hips and tight lower back are telling me to lie down all day today :smile:

Being a copy cat I have just signed up to dynamic cyclist.

I'm enjoying it so far. It feels very basic but the symptoms I was getting in my hip and back are greatly improved. It is probably good that it feels that way as I tend to jump in at the deep end usually and do too much too soon.

I've started doing their Beginners Strength Sessions (3 a week) as well as the daily stretching and mobility - and we'll see how that goes.
