Do you do them on 100% Trainer?

No, i do with 50% difficulty for now, i try to keep cadence sensible. If my physical shape indicates some increasing in a future then I might consider set that slider bit more difficult position.

Hoping that getting some regular ToW rides in is going to reinvigorate my form. I nearly clung on to the second group in yesterday evening’s “Long” stage and I nearly clung on to the first group in this morning’s “Standard” stage 1. I know they’re not races, but they were quite spicy at the front!

Sort of, and no! It's a hillclimb - because my bro doesn't want to drive three hours each way to the Matlock CC events, we're meeting halfway and riding this one in the north Cotswolds. Should be about 8 minutes of pain... (I'm looking forward to a catch-up spin and a pub lunch)

Having said not televised, though, Matt had some footage taken in his event yesterday afternoon.

Last night's ZRL race on Temples & Towers.

Well done Team Splitters - we actually had a full team of 6 last night for a change!

My race was a bit of a mixed bag - started well and felt OK up the first two climbs even if I was hanging on a bit over the top and not able to really compete for any segment points in this league still. @Peter Salt I don't know if you purposefully dropped back to help me latch back on to the group after the Cstle Climb but it looked like it - so thanks!

Then we hit Temple Climb. I hit the front early on knowing I'd need all the help I could get and would try and use some draft as I dropped back - but I dropped back a bit too fast and had no energy at all, so lost contact with the front group.

Got into a group of 10 for the final few Kms and somehow got a bit of a second wind - covered hard attacks on the dirt section with 1.8km to go, and then actually timed my sprint perfectly and won the sprint to the line from that group - so finished on a high, even if it was only 30th!

I just Been Niled (N.ile the super lightweight climber on zwift ). I have just done the zwift hill climb club up box hill where just the Kom time counts . So unlike most I cruised to the bottom then went for it , Not many behind me so I could see N.ile was 3 mins down at this point ,despite me doing 3.2w/kg up the climb for a new Pr of 9.37 and getting 2nd in C cat N.ile beat me too the top in 6.16 . He was averaging 6w/kg up the climb and came past me doing a causal 8.3w/kg . I did beat him on the downhill though 😂 gravity was in my favour this time not sure he was trying though
