Did my first Ton in ages and ages yesterday. Rode with my older brother and it was nice and steady other than up the 3 x 100CLIMBS that we took on. We did Whiteleaf (#23), Dragon Hill (The White Horse) (#121) and Kingston Hill (#122). It reminded me that I tend to attack hills mainly out of the saddle.

Enjoyed the day and the weather stayed good. Did 109 miles - might be a bit fatigued for tonights Road Race
Two of my local climbs! (Whiteleaf and Kingston that is). Both very typical for the Chilterns - short sharp steep buggers, but they're over mercifully quickly if you've got something still in the legs.

I think that's better than my best one minute power.

I could take him on crit city though
In terms of absolute power, I've matched that (455W) for 3:15. Of course, he'd be going quite a lot faster than me on account of being tiny.
In terms of w/kg, I've matched 7.6w/kg it for 1:45. On fresh legs, not having just smashed Tadej Pogacar on the flat portion of a TT for ten miles. Bonkers. Unbelievable.

I've picked Tadej today as stage winner. I'll probably get it wrong, but the thinking is that he's going to want to strike back straight away.

The question is whether or not he can. If I'd have realised it was the Queen stage I might have left it on Jonas. Too late now.

He’s crashed already today, hope that doesn’t take too much out of him as this has the potential to be EPIC :becool:
