Some noise occurred yesterdays training session. After inspection I noticed some play in a BB, I hope the source of noise is BB instead of Neo 2T. That will clear today when I do my training session with other bike. Good to have 2 bikes, that give better chance to eliminate issues.

Those are crackers. All bloody hard though especially on tired legs.I haven’t! Just had a quick look - pretty short so good for a short session on a wfh lunch I’d say 🙂
Some of my personal favs are “A very dark place”, “Nine hammers”, and “14 vice grips”. All about an hour and I sometimes then do Endurance+ to spin whilst watching TV 👍

The thing I like about it is the mental journey from "oh this is alright" on the first couple of intervals through to "there is no way I can complete this workout" and finishing with "omg I actually managed it!"
