My Strava premium has expired, so I won't be collecting any interesting data

If you missing good data analyzing then intervals.icu is answer for that. You don’t need Strava premium for that, free is just fine.

If you are a Garmin user you can just sync your date direct from Garmin to Intervals and the service will remain unchanged as you bypass Strava. I personally decided to pay Intervals though as it is a great service and much cheaper than Training Peaks.

I am happy to support sites like Intervals & Veloviewer financially as they provide a great service and don't take the p1$$ with their pricing. Strava used to be like this but if they start taking £9 a month they will be getting the boot (financially).

Some noise occurred yesterdays training session. After inspection I noticed some play in a BB, I hope the source of noise is BB instead of Neo 2T. That will clear today when I do my training session with other bike. Good to have 2 bikes, that give better chance to eliminate issues.

@BurningLegs have you ridden No place like home yet? It’s great! I had already done an intervals workout this week so rode it at my old ftp just for a bit more effort.

I haven’t! Just had a quick look - pretty short so good for a short session on a wfh lunch I’d say 🙂

Some of my personal favs are “A very dark place”, “Nine hammers”, and “14 vice grips”. All about an hour and I sometimes then do Endurance+ to spin whilst watching TV 👍

Those are crackers. All bloody hard though especially on tired legs.

The thing I like about it is the mental journey from "oh this is alright" on the first couple of intervals through to "there is no way I can complete this workout" and finishing with "omg I actually managed it!"

That's a huge motivation boost when you surprise yourself positively . I have start to challenge myself in a small steps to do harder training sessions, but not too much too soon. Good to test bit of capacity to find a sign what you can do and what you don't. No need to stand still too long.
