club ride cancelled today due to icy condition so i cranked out a sesh of zwift today , only a dumb trainer so i doubt its accurate although i had the back door open and a fan on to keep cool and was hot even though my feet were numb from cold

I did stage 4 long. I had been booked up to do the tiny races this morning for a bit of VO2 but my knee locked up last night while I was asleep 😬 so was a bit sore. Very strange. Anyway, wish I had done the tiny races! Stage 4 really was long. An unexpected 1h 45 on the turbo.

I saw you were signed up and thought "ah he's fixed his bike then". Is it OK now or did they replace it?
They were brutal this morning. Almost quit after race 1, then race 2, then race 3

😁 Used the old NEO i kept when I got the NEO bike. Waiting for bike replacement from Garmin.

I have no idea 🤷‍♂️ I don’t know if I did any races that count or if I’ve been booted from team or even if I’ve changed names so much that they can’t keep up - not that concerned as no plans to race at present , trying just to get some elevation in

Just logged in and there's a banner at the top that reads 'SBP Ranking in progress. ACE Scores shown are not final.'. Everyone on the list has just 'Calculating...' to their name.

But it does make sense for me and Paul to be somewhat close. Last season of ZRL, excluding TTs, Paul got 3rd, 8th, 13th & 22nd. I got 4th, 9th, 14th & 26th. Pretty sure I outscored everyone on FTS/FAL points too. Paul's best 20 min W/kg were 3.94, mine 3.89. Paul did 30 events in the last three months, I did 38.
