Finally got a decent stand for my fan, have been using an ironing board for too long!

I’m going to be really boring… do you leave the extension lead like that when you’re using the washing machine?

What’s in the package on the running machine? It shouldn’t bother me as much as it does…. But now I’m speculating that it’s a new bed sheet and I need closure damn it!

Edit: On closer inspection the corners look quite stiff / rigid. Maybe it’s not a bed sheet after all… a folded bag of some sort perhaps? Anyone else want to have a guess?! / punt!

you do know wahoo hr fits on the old Garmin straps if you have one laying about ? if no power making it light up , maybe worth bending the little connections in the battery area
ive had a couple die but only because of sweat eating the press studs

I knew I should have tidied for the picture...the washing machine is actually not one we use it is one we appear to be storing for a family member forever.

Good to see another running machine in ‘ready to go’ mode. Every time I suggest selling the one taking up space in my pain cave, the missus looks at me like I’m suggesting we sell one of the kids. But she’s used it literally 3 times tops in the last two years…

I've been listening to the Chris Miller podcast , 2 Australian blokes chatting about cycling mainly racing But the other guy Jesse is a cycling coach and talks sense about training

Hambini collated some visit/viewing figures for a few well known cycle websites/Youtubers. GCN figures arent looking good at all, they are nose diving from a peak a few years ago, same with the likes of Road CC. I must admit I rarely watch GCN stuff now, their content rarely interests me- the odd piece is good but overall
