Its coming, dont like the seat, so will swap it for my favourite Selle Superflow. Its odd, that the relative fixed power efforts feel very similar, but the burst efforts, seem much tougher to generate power. I was able to change from 'dream drive' to standard on the fly mid ride with no awkward gear feelings, which is nice.
I wonder if the two machines have slightly different response times to power changes?

I do like many of the features of the Stages- but I really like my Neo bike setup for racing- until I can match this sweet spot on the Stages, the Neo is my race bike.
Sensible to stick with what you know for the stuff that 'matters'.

Big event coming up, ya knows:whistle:
I might be doing that on Boxing day - see how it goes. I just hope the B group splits in such a way that there's a group I can ride round with.

Felt terrible yesterday evening, a few hours after my ride. I had a protein drink and a bit of cheese post ride to put me on before tea. By the time was ready, felt dreadful, nauseous, sweats. Had to leave the table, slept for a few hours- then felt much better.

I did the ride with no food and little water and the fan off. I had little food yesterday- so i think I just over depleted my glycogen too low before having tea.

Off to top up my glycogen stores tonight-no1 son girlfriend's parents invited us for Eve snacks :hungry::hyper:

Going downhill steadily

As long as you haven't got a volcano to climb, you'll be fine
