I was a good boy and updated my NP with new numbers myself - enough to bump me into the higher FRHC cat.

My existing best from October is still the same (246W) - repeated it in November, so either they didn't update me when I changed it then or they've tweaked the boundaries (or both).
Please forgive me it's been six days since I last Zwifted , due to bike being LBS having a new drivetrain fitted and waiting for new bearings . Ironically I was looking forward to a bike that shifted well on the turbo due to worn chain on bike new cassette on turbo not liking one another . I just done ride like pooh stage 3 and only changed gear for the sprint . Finish 37th on zp 35.50 . Held the front group just up the aquaduct then got dropped on the descent . The start was full gas resulting in new FTP of 220w up from 213w .I'd forgot how hard it is

I think you mentioned you had to use the chainring way past its due date? Taking that into account, if you now swapped the chainring and cassette, you should replace the chain as well. LBS should have suggested that to be honest.
Yes all new drivetrain fitted . I was waiting to change the chain and cassette until I got the new crankset on a Warentry replacement all done now .

Also tonight first time experiencing burrito power up early on in front of me 3 burritos let off at the same time put a split in the group including those using them . Had to work hard to then close the gap

Last night's volcano race. I was saving my main "sprint" effort until the steep bit in the last couple of hundred metres (Having messed that up in ZRL a couple of months back). Had I started a couple of second earlier, or not let him get so far ahead, I might have caught the guy.
