Did that yesterday in B cat. Got my arse handed to me. Saying that I was probably running at my PB for power, so can't complain.

Enjoy 👍

Nice climb, Andy.

No rest for me - I ride so regularly now that a day without some time in the saddle actually feels a bit awkward  Some good sprinting fun during the Kinetic Cruisers group ride earlier today, longer ride tomorrow and maybe an hour on the 25th - in the morning as to not upset the girlfriend too much ;)

Was thinking about going up the Alpe on Tuesday, instead of racing.

I had the day off work and took myself out for an outdoor spin with the aim doing 2 hours and getting home before the forecast of heavy rain set in. I got my timing all wrong and just before my turning point the rain was on and temperature had dropped. I was soaked to the skin and my gloves wringing wet. I was glad I had stuffed spare gloves in my back pocket and I fought with numb fingers to get a glove change with 5 miles to go. Thankfully I made it home alive. Wife gave me a 2 out of 10 for bravery. Must be stalking me on here and knows the calibration for excuses.

Saw that on Strava and giggled. Nice gentle recovery bimble round Makuri here. I needed 0.5 mile to hit 8000 miles for the year so far (half indoor).

How is the Stages behaving? Dialled in yet?

Its coming, dont like the seat, so will swap it for my favourite Selle Superflow. Its odd, that the relative fixed power efforts feel very similar, but the burst efforts, seem much tougher to generate power. I was able to change from 'dream drive' to standard on the fly mid ride with no awkward gear feelings, which is nice.

I do like many of the features of the Stages- but I really like my Neo bike setup for racing- until I can match this sweet spot on the Stages, the Neo is my race bike.

Big event coming up, ya knows:whistle:
