Tommy is coming up to bloody good form and I haven't been doing as much as I should - and it shows
hopefully I will get more motivated to do a bit more - we can't have these youngsters beating us can we

Ed Laverack has posted a you tube video . Guessimate of w/kg 6.5 for 22 mins . Several Ineos riders did the climb today so wether he had a lead out is unknown ,where as Ed's was solo

There’s a short and snappy all cats start together race at 7:30 - 17km / 3 laps volcano CCW - HERE or I say something more sociable?

GCN Final Day was good

Just realised it was held near where I went on cycling camp (Covid-wrecked) last March. I did the Coll de Rates that they did but they seem to have an alternative route near the top.

I spent a week with some pals on a cycling camp close to Coll de Rates way back in 2014 - went in February and it was Baltic - best memory was the cafe at the top of the Coll de Rates and it’s apple strudel.

About the Zwift academy- has anyone made it to the finals on the back of their performances on a Bkool Pro Classic? I reckon I’d have made the top 10 for sure along with one or two of you lot

Oops yea that was the other race at 7:30 - horrible Richmond UCI worlds course. It’s longer alright but not as kind to those of us lower down the pecking order. I’m easy tbh - I know not many of us get on the turbo for a half hour race so yes something longer than 17k would be better.

I’m easy too really Al. Not sure being ‘kind’ is my first motivation when I race you guys 😄. But it’s always good banter! I’ll go with the majority. I’d prefer a longer race. But if we choose the shorter one I can try and bolt something else onto it maybe.
