Note to myself don't go long on a sprint for 1st FAL when only FTS counts 😂
Yes, you can manually change FTP on Intervals 👍
You can certainly set it for specific rides, not sure if you can do a date range though

If you change it in settings it will apply globally to everything new from now onwards. But you might have to do the rides manually for the last 42 days to get your data aligned
As Alex says, I am not sure you can to THAT, but you can amend each ride back over. A pain I know.
Thanks chaps. I've manually input my FTP's going back to 10th October. The weight updates are easier as once you update a weight, it stays at that weight for all subsequent activities until you change it again. FTP doesn't.
CTL is 32 according to Intervals.
I must give Intervals a good looking over to see what it can do. Any killer functions?
I had about 0.7 sec to bask in my glory until I popped up 9th and I realised my mistake . I was led astray by someone doing an Alex and I thought that never works so I chased him down !Ouch! Save it for Libby. Both will count there
Yup, planning to do the 17:30. Just reminded me that I haven't signed up yet! Haven't checked the route yet. Is the finish banner before, after or on the mall sprint banner?@Peter Salt are you doing stage 4 ? . Ive just done it basically cruise around London sprint on the Mall out to Fox hill were it kicked off back to the Mall .

I used to like TrainerRoad because if was able to give me decent TSS-like indication across road and indoor rides.
Garmin connect can't do this very well. But once I realised intervals.icu could have separate FTPs for indoor and outdoor I ditched TR and started paying about £3 a month for intervals (which lets you import ALL your historical data and supports the site).
That and the ability to filter power curves based on indoor-only activities made it my go-to for collating all my information.
Also it's able to work out CP, which is good for Zwift, and you can set it to monitor whatever time intervals you like for new power records.
The filtering is excellent and you can set a lot of different time ranges on charts too. It's heaven for data freaks
You do get your moneys worth!! All I do it look at the pretty line

It's surprising what the body can do when you back-to-back race, eh? I was shocked the first time I did it. How are you feeling?zwiftpower data finally up the 2 starts out of 1 pen seemed to throw zwiftpower wappy A results popped up but no Cs
anyway can confirm 6th place . recorded my best 1min power up fox hill 4.9wkg
I didnt race yesterday so Im feeling ok. These longer hillier races are more relaxed than the mad starts of Wtrl and I can comfortabley hold the lead group so Im finding them ok .Wasnt intended on doing them all but we will see now but Id like to finish off race Makuri as well so might have to do both events one day . Not looking foward to the surrey hills stageIt's surprising what the body can do when you back-to-back race, eh? I was shocked the first time I did it. How are you feeling?
I thought today was actually quite nice. The group didn't go all out on the flat so I had a bit more for the hill. Despite the supertuck descent, that might have been my best 60 min. effort to date.
