I'm signed up for the Rhino Racing Crit City race at 9pm but will probably give it a miss because my legs are still hurting from last night's workout. I'll probably do another workout instead.

I did Stage 1 today and quite enjoyed it. I came 5th of 60 starters. I made the lead group of 12 which formed a split up the Castle KOM and this stayed together until the sprint at the end. My sprint is poor currently but I managed to get 5th.

Very happy to join CCC if/when I'm good enough

I sure am impressed with the performance of your specialized team titanium hip. Or is it carbon fiber?
Seriously without wanting to sound condescending, your rapid recovery is inspirational. The only downside is the way it will skew the "TT excuse" database.
