The speed tests that zwiftinsider did suggested only circa 8 seconds gap between the slowest road bike and fastest TT bike on this course - which is probably pretty much how much faster your time on your TT bike would have been had you matched the watts I think.
Finely balanced between aero gains on the flat and the affect of weight on the climb, but TT bike slightly quicker overall

I used the Cervelo P5 TT bike with Zipp 454's, but then I did go with a deliberate strategy of putting more effort into the climb, so that would have skewed my results. Aimed for 270W on the flats (actual average was 265) and 300W on the hill (managed 303).

That's definitely the best pacing strategy. My best time was achieved with 304W on the flat (8:32) and 347W on the climb (8:13).
What’s the thoughts on having a team or two for the WTRL team time trials on Thursday evenings? I know some of you raced for other teams but I’m not sure if that’s still the case? The Frappe classification allows up to 3 A’s in the team and Latte allows for up to 3 B’s.
Just a suggestion to gauge interest and add another evenings racing / swearing down discord?
