Did a gentle hour with Coco Cadence to give my calf a bit of R&R, but I put in an effort for the sprint which earnt me a best 30s power (779W), and a further dig at the end which makes me think I’m destined never to get the 1200W badge (1154 for 5s, though). 🤪

Thanks, I have been on Zwift sine the Beta Days, but decided to give Biking a break and gain massive amounts of weight, which I have successfully achieved.
So it's a case of building up the fitness slowly as I am Type 1 and feeble.
Zwift have also pace partners, it could be worth to try. Diesel pace is 1,5w/kg and Dorothy is 1,15w/kg. Those are available in Watopia.
