I follow some YouTube cooking channels for Asian, Korean and Japanese cooking. My skills are limited but I do enjoy the cooking and the family, fortunately, rarely complain. We do eat a lot of curry...

Just realised the BC/BMCR Race I'm doing tomorrow is using Petit Boucle as the course. That is the best part of 40 miles. That's gonna smart

Im not sure about tuesday, I was trying to multi task at the weekend - unloading the van whilst looking after the toddler.

Had the MTB in the back, stuck the wheel back on and was spinning it to centre the rotor when I got distracted and sliced the end of my thumb.

Not tried cycling with it yet...

Sheesh that looks pretty bad. God sending a clear message right there though to be fair. Ditch the mountain bike, the discs, and maybe the kid too (just to be on the safe side). Get yourself a plaster, and stick to road bikes with proper brakes from now on 👍

All jokes aside... hope it heels fast bud. Looks pretty painful.
