2nd week in a row for me and again I found 100 km to be a good place to stop. I was being called to carve the roast chicken as well 😀
Bumped into Brendan at the end who said something about being toast. And bored. But he has just finished the course!
My roast chicken with all the trimmings, in case anyone is wondering, was lovely.

I can now tell you exactly how I felt after 100km - ready to stop, so I did!

How did you guys get on @Brendan Parker and @bobinski ? I really quite enjoyed it to be honest.

And after doing it 7 times I think I've finally nailed how to do the so called "escalator trick"

5hrs 18mins moving time. 1 stop after 6laps for can of coke and clean socks.

felt ok to be honest just a bit dull 11 box hills. But like you plenty of chance to practice the escalator 😂

i can feel a fun sucking panflat course coming on !
we could do a magic road of any route someone has the gpx of ? so it doesnt have to have the same profile as a dead patients heart monitor

Saying that we’d have to defer to the rgt veterans ( AKA bkool boys) on wtf magic road is! I have a feeling it doesn’t involve LSD but I’d be happily proven wrong!

magic road = you give them the gpx and they send back a course using your data - looks nothing like it , but there are corners where you turn in real life and the elevation profile is very good - i do one from a local route and i know where i am and whats coming up

All jokes aside I’d be up for a challenge. There’s loads of good guys over the other side of the fence. For the record though RGT is not neutral territory! We’d have to do a home and away leg I reckon. And maybe work it so anyone who wants to race can?

The best part is RGT is free. If you guys want to try it out before the rumble in the jungle we can shoot for a date a few Weeks away. On an off night like a Wednesday.
