Signed up for the PRL full at 14.00hrs today as weather a bit blowy here for my liking outside.

Anyone else fancy 😳.

I decided to get outside today. Had a few sharp showers and a fairly strong wind but nice to get out anyway. Glad I went this morning as it is hailing now ^_^

I got that. I was just surprised you consider it neutral ground I guess. Pretty much all the regulars in the rgt thread are bkool guys right? Apart from Peter. The guy arguably in the best form on zwift right now who you’d also like on the bkool team. You been taking negotiation tips from some of the guys on CCC by any chance? 😄

Exactly!

More importantly is your new Ti frame single speed?

😄 Scoundrel!

It is. Well ‘fixed gear’ technically. Which is to say it’ll have one single gear ratio but it won’t have a ‘freewheel’ like a single speed or multi geared bike does. Hope that makes sense. I’m not sure how suitable it’d be to Sitka.

I can now tell you exactly how I felt after 100km - ready to stop, so I did!

How did you guys get on @Brendan Parker and @bobinski ? I really quite enjoyed it to be honest.

And after doing it 7 times I think I've finally nailed how to do the so called "escalator trick" :okay:

I just did a 2 mile ride on zwift to see if it would remind it of yesterday’s rides. It didn’t unfortunately. Time for legs’ suggestion.

Nice ride paul 👍. I just looked on Strava. Look forward to hearing your take on the escalator technique!
