Well done team 68. Few sprint points shared amongst us. Think Strava has a new max HR for me but sometimes zwiftpower seems to have it lower so we will see.

Not sure why we ask for flat courses when they are even worse. Felt like I was on a mountain bike up Libby hill

@Whorty did good! We got 6th overall on the night. That secures our league position of 6th as long as we get 4 riders round next week.

Overall a successful night and season for CCC.

Ive had a look on Strava, ZP and on here and it looks like we all did well tonight! Well done everyone!

I went long on the 3rd sprint, going well before the hairpin, holding 480 watts (6.6 w/kg) for 47 seconds. I think I took them by surprise Tried it again on sprint 5, same watts and w/kg over the same distance with same result. The surprise that time was they let me do and didn't chase me

I assume there will be at least a few weeks break between the seasons but can't see any dates on the WTRL website?

Bugger ... I may have to race in B #68 for that league I'm scratching the door of B numbers again 6 weeks to see where I end up

I went for a tootle on the Mrs Ebike, blowing a hoolie it was 💨🍃💨

I managed with me and the bikes assistance to get 750W for a few minutes all for 14mph 💨 🚴🚴🚴

It's a smidge windy out this way too .... no fecking way I'm going out in that I only go outside when the weather is still and sunny (so twice a year in the UK )

I did a 50 miler yesterday - and yes it was blowy. Last 10+ miles was straight into it.
