Glad the feedback for the drapes has been positive as they are only up this week and I'm not changing them ever again

Dont blame you

Am I to presume as it’s unlikely that we’ll race as hard a course in the last 2 weeks on ZRL that I’ll stay in C? And am I also to presume (as I nearly vomited last night) that until I have an epic good night again I should sit as an ‘almost B’ for a bit?

To be honest I think the opposite is most likely true. I’ve just looked briefly at peoples Strava results and most people’s power seems to be well down on their ftp across that course. If you’re pushing the catergory boundary limit on a course that undulating and long distance /time wise. I think it’s just a matter of time before youre promoted. I might be wrong though.

Tommy, I agree with your general point but think I disagree on the specific here. Last night I was on track to beat my best 20 minute power on Zwift as I approached the top of the Volcano KOM. But I got there at around 19 minutes and then my average plummeted as we went down the hill. Assuming the C's were a bit slower, they would have been just over 20 minutes at that point, which may have made it an exceptional course for 20 minute power purposes.

Overall, my average power was lower than usual for the reasons you state.

Anyway, well done @Joffey - celebrate your improvement :okay:

** Edit - it was more like 18 minutes.

Some Garmin help needed.... (I'll try the Garmin support later but that can be a bit tortuous).

I've just tried to upload my warmup yesterday to Training Peaks and there is nothing in the Garmin directory showing yesterday's date. However, when I look in "History" the warmup and the race are there although they say the wrong (clock) time. Any suggestions?
