That's why I'm going to avoid that for now. i know what I'm like, I'd then convince myself that I can just roll for another hour after the out of saddle intervals and that may not be the best thing to do. Funny that Norry and I had the same suggestion ... I was thinking of low cadence high power drills out of the saddle ... The issue I have with doing something like that is the temptation to collapse back onto the saddle at the end of the interval!
