thanks for the meet up Al. done just over 2 hrs of it
got a proper whooping up one of the hills by someone even though trying hardest , was nice to coast down other side to get breath back !
did anyone watch giro yesterday - that course looked lethal !
Thanks for joining lads. That was fairly tough one. I struggled a bit in the middle and was glad of the coffee stop. The second half went by much quicker. I had one eye today on reaching level 45 but even with the bonus points for finishing the route I still need to do another 300kmThanks @IrishAl , Tommy , Bertie too, nice long ride there . On rides like that I always get a wanna quit feeling between 1 1/2 and 2 hours , then settle back in again . The coffee stop was helpful too though 😀. Had half an eye on the women’s mountain biking on Red Bull tv and lost attention a couple of times, one occasion took about 15 mins to gradually pull back to group .

Rule number 1. Don't celebrate before crossing the line
Ahh, you gave it away... 🙂
Ref WTRL racing - this is an interesting thought. ... it is a response by WTRL
"If you do give the link to a rider who isn’t going to race then simply tag (Team car) on your Zwiftpower profile and have no reference to the team in your name.
Obviously don’t leave the Pen, just sit and watch the show unfold.
If a team has more than 6 riders leaving the pen in a Community event they will score zero points for that event"
We would have done this in the Team time trial with the sports director joining the race as (team car) and he could then jump to view his team mates and even the competition To call the team orders. It’s nearly as exciting as racing but without the sweat and dizzy spells 🙂That should add some interesting tactics. Really looking forward to seeing how this series plays out
